What exactly is a health coach?
Health coaches are heart-centered individuals who love helping other people. My mission is to inspire, educate, and hold you accountable during our work together. My goal is to take you from where you’ve always been to where you want to be. Together we’ll co-create lifestyle upgrades that are easy and realistic for you to implement and follow. My promise is to hold a loving space for you, deeply listen, encourage you, and help you discover how you can move closer to the life of your dreams.
Who are your programs for?
My Health Coaching programs are for women who are ready, willing, and are seriously motivated to make the changes that will take them to where they want to be. Growing isn’t easy, but it’s always worth it. And I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
Can’t you just give me lists to follow and tell me what to do?
I’m happy to say that Health Coaching doesn’t work that way. When you make the choice to move forward with a coaching package, you and I are officially a team. I will hold you accountable and offer you weekly suggestions that can help you along your unique path toward growth. But I’m simply the guide on the side. Ultimately, this will be your journey. The success you create will be yours alone.
Who are your programs not for?
You’ll be disappointed if you’re looking for a quick fix. Slow changes are real changes. It takes time to develop and stick to new habits. Losing weight and keeping it off (or any other health/wellness goal for that matter) requires adjusting your mindset and finding new approaches to your lifestyle. That isn’t something that’s going to happen overnight.
Can I upgrade or extend my program once we’ve started working together?
Of course you can! There’s always the option to add extra bonus features to your unique Power Package program for an additional price. And we can always extend our work together past the original twelve-week outline. Just let me know what you have in mind and we’ll make it happen.
What is your refund policy?
I don’t offer refunds for transformative work. My suggestion to you is that we schedule an opportunity to chat during a Discovery Session and make sure that the Boldly You! Twelve-Week Premium Power Package is the right fit for you. During our time together, I’ll honor you by giving you everything I’ve got; it will be important for you to show up and do the same for yourself. If during our contracted twelve-week time frame, you meet unforeseen circumstances such as illness, death in the family, or job loss, we can certainly discuss a termination of our work together and a pro-rated refund, but otherwise, your original agreement to sign up for Boldly You! is a commitment you’ve made to yourself.
What happens if I’m unable to make our session?
Life happens. I totally get it. If you’re unable to make our session, I understand, but I’ll need 24 hours advance notice or you’ll be charged for the full session. If you find yourself running behind, we will still meet, but our session will end at the conclusion of our regularly scheduled appointment time.
