Instead of trying to change everything all at once, we’ll tweak a few key dietary elements that can offer big results—whatever feels comfortable and achievable to you. Slow changes are real changes.

Our 60-minute session is a great place to start.

  • 1 60-minute virtual one-on-one session where we’ll review your goals, troubleshoot your areas of concern, and go over your food journal to come up with solutions to your current food struggles.
  • 1 30-minute virtual “check-in” session (2 weeks after our original appointment).
  • Comprehensive food journal review and helpful suggestions that are tailored specifically to you.
  • Easy, actionable steps that you can implement immediately.

***When booking your Power-Hour session, you will need to fill out the program agreement, quick questionnaire, and a 3-5 day food journal and send them back to me via email at least 24-hours before our scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled.***
